Talking about the
problems that exist and occur in the middle of this exquisite country will
never be endless if the problem is not solved by the wise and intelligent. The
general public thinks that the issues which involved in the various fields can
not be completed because it is just a word and a dream. It is possible if the
young people who have passion to organize and build the country can compete
globally. It is not a doubt if the government has passion to the task with all
the moral values of Pancasila are
in it to make this country a peaceful and prosperous. However, the relevant
facts are not achieved in accordance with the voice and hope of the people.
Much Indonesian collapsed when seen
from the facts that have occurred in recent years. Problems should be addressed
and resolved by assault, quickly, and thoroughly to bring Indonesia to be a
better country again. A major question that has yet to be answered with a
serious treatment is Indonesia has abundant natural resources but why there are
still many poor people, health care is hard to come by, and expensive
education. The context of this problem spread to a variety of viewpoints
ranging from the economy, education, health, law, politics, and so perpetuate
the story of a picture or portrait of the Indonesian state.
The Image of Indonesia, just like the
first Arabic poet said "Piece of heaven’s land given by God on our
planet". Indonesia is an archipelago country which geographically situated
between two continents and two oceans, the tropical climate and many mountains
as well as the source of the oil is to make Indonesia become the richest in
natural resources beat other countries that are economically powerful in the
world, therefore USA, China, UK, and Singapore. Other countries whose economy
is strong sometimes is not as rich as Indonesia. Related to natural resources,
these countries are able to make the inhabitants prosper and be above the
average poverty. Of course there is nothing wrong with the management and
distribution of natural resources in Indonesia.
The main mistake in the management of
natural resources in Indonesia is, mostly human resources are managed by
foreigners or large companies with the government contracts who receive a share
in the profit as a percentage of the number of times which is not realistic and
it is a form of colonialism in modern. These contracts is possible to exploit
foreign profuse natural wealth of Indonesia and the people in general can only
form the audience of exploitation resources, in fact according to the 1945 Constitution they are
entitled. Economy that such purely due to the application of the capitalist
system is a result of economic globalization which we are feeling that anyone
who has the capital have an open opportunity to dominate the resources to meet
the needs of an individual or a small group of people, so the system is
resulting in increasing wealth of some people while others grow poorer.
Therefore, in order to eliminate this
case the government should reduce the flow of foreign investment, especially in
the field of natural resources and the courage to renegotiate contracts with
foreign entities are considered less favorable as in PT. Freeport in Papua or
in extremes, nationalized the their foreign firms.
So far, government policies do the
opposite as the privatization policy through the Ministry of SOEs with better
management considerations prove that the government is not pro national economy
that caused the poor people of Indonesia because of the economic policies taken
by the government are not domestic pro. For example, countries Libya and Iran

resources in Indonesia, the government can freely use it for the benefit of the

into a developed country such as Japan and the United States.
The second portrait of Indonesia is

reflecting on other countries that have made progress, prosperity, and welfare.
There is no harm in following the way other countries lead their people for the
sake of making a better country and makes the Indonesia became economically
independent and free from all kinds of corruption and abuse of power that could
hinder Indonesia's economic transition, whether in the political background as
any.
